This Privacy Policy describes how Clipto Media ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our content publishing tool that connects to your social media accounts, including YouTube, to schedule and publish content on your behalf.

1. YouTube API Services

Our application uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your YouTube account, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Information handling by Google is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

• Account authorization data: OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Google/YouTube when you connect your account. These allow us to publish content you schedule.
• Channel information: your channel name, channel ID, and profile image, used to display which account you are posting to.
• Content you provide: videos, captions, titles, descriptions, and scheduling settings that you choose to upload and publish.

4. Data Storage & Retention

Access tokens and channel data are stored securely on our self-hosted infrastructure and are used solely to operate the publishing features you request. We retain this data only for as long as your account remains connected. When you disconnect your account, the associated tokens and data are deleted.

5. Revoking Access

You may revoke our application's access to your YouTube account at any time:

• By disconnecting the channel within our application, or
• Through your Google Account security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
